By accessing or using any Abonglab mobile application or service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all Abonglab apps, including but not limited to Abonglab and any future products we release.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in our apps. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, abuse other users, or compromise the security of the App.

Users must not use the App to coordinate pump-and-dump schemes, spread false information to move stock prices, engage in wash trading, or violate securities laws. Such activities are illegal and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.
The App may provide links to open stocks in brokerage apps (Robinhood, Webull, etc.). These are convenience features only. We do not receive compensation from these brokerages, are not responsible for their services, and do not endorse any particular brokerage.
Abonglab uses artificial intelligence (including Google's Gemini models) to summarize news articles, generate market signals, analyze stock sentiment, and provide insights.
AI-generated content may contain factual errors, can be biased based on training data, should not be relied upon as sole source of information, and is not a substitute for human judgment or professional advice.
Always verify AI-generated information with multiple sources before making decisions.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements, be available at all times, be error-free, or be compatible with all devices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOCKWITCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid to use the App in the past 12 months (currently $0 as the App is free).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abonglab from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@abonglab.com to attempt informal resolution.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: You and Abonglab agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for small claims court actions (under $10,000), claims for intellectual property infringement, and claims for emergency injunctive relief.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as part of a class action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing legal@abonglab.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App, change pricing (if we introduce paid features), update AI models, add or remove supported stocks, and limit access to certain features.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your access will cease, your personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy, and your posted content may remain visible (anonymized).
By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive market signal alerts, news updates, community notifications, and service announcements. You can disable notifications in device settings at any time.
When participating in community discussions, your username is visible to all users, posts are public and may be indexed by search engines, and we may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
