By downloading or using Digsy or Pigeon (collectively, the "Apps"), or by using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Apps or this website.
These Terms apply to all Abonglab products, currently Digsy and Pigeon, as well as any future products released under the Abonglab brand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Both Digsy and Pigeon are distributed through Apple's App Store and are licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), in addition to these Terms. Where these Terms are silent, or in the event of a conflict specific to app licensing, Apple's Standard EULA governs your use of the Apps.

Digsy is an iOS app that helps you track apartments you tour in New York City and New Jersey. It keeps a private record of every building and unit, calculates net-effective rent after concessions, provides a tour checklist, and lets you email leasing agents and import listing details. Everything you enter stays on your device unless you opt into iCloud sync.
Pigeon is an iOS app built for casual Citi Bike riders in New York City. It shows live bike and dock counts, warns you before a destination dock fills, keeps a diary of your rides, offers routing along bike lanes, and includes a live voice Talk feature between riding partners.
Digsy is free to download and free to use for tracking up to ten buildings. Digsy Pro is an auto-renewable subscription: $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings. Customers who previously made the one-time Digsy Pro purchase keep Pro permanently. Purchases are billed and managed entirely by Apple.
The free version of Pigeon is fully usable without a subscription. Pigeon Pro Monthly costs $3.99 per month and can be cancelled at any time. Pigeon Pro Annual costs $24.99 per year and includes a free trial period for new subscribers. Both plans are billed and managed by Apple and renew automatically until cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings.
All purchases for both apps are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard App Store refund policy, not directly by Abonglab.
You agree to:
You retain ownership of the notes, tour records, videos, routes, and other content you create in either app. For Digsy, this content generally stays on your device (and, if you enable it, your own iCloud). For Pigeon, ride and trail data you choose to publish may be visible to other riders; you are responsible for what you choose to share publicly.
All Abonglab software, design, branding, trademarks, and original content are owned by Abonglab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.
Your use of the Apps is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Rent calculations, live station counts, routing suggestions, and other in-app information are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or delayed; always verify important figures (like final lease terms) directly with the relevant landlord, agent, or Citi Bike station signage.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ABONGLAB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DECISIONS MADE BASED ON IN-APP RENT ESTIMATES OR ROUTING SUGGESTIONS, OR INJURY SUSTAINED WHILE CYCLING.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD, or (b) the total amount you paid to Abonglab in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abonglab from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Apps or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing any claim, please contact us at hello@abonglab.com to attempt informal resolution. We will respond within 30 days.
You may stop using either app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue or modify features of either app at any time, and where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes.
