These Terms apply to all Abonglab products, including Sajuma (web application) and Stockwitch (iOS application), as well as any future products released under the Abonglab brand.

You retain ownership of content you create (posts, comments, messages). By submitting content to our Services, you grant Abonglab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from that content, solely for operating and improving the Services.
When you interact with AI features (such as Sajuma's AI chat or Stockwitch's AI insights), the content of those interactions may be used by Abonglab to improve AI model performance and service quality. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details, including your right to opt out.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, permanent ban, and/or reporting to law enforcement where required.
Sajuma uses a virtual in-app currency ("배추" or "gems") to access certain features. Gems may be earned through the app (e.g., upon registration) or purchased. Gems have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, non-refundable unless required by applicable law, and will be forfeited upon account deletion or service termination.
Sajuma may offer subscription plans for premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the selected payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by applicable consumer protection law.
Saju readings, compatibility scores, and daily fortunes are generated by AI models trained on traditional Korean astrology frameworks. They reflect AI interpretation only and are provided for entertainment and cultural exploration. They do not constitute predictions, guarantees, or advice of any kind.
Stock data, prices, and news provided through Stockwitch may be delayed and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely. AI-generated signals and insights are algorithmic assessments of publicly available data and may be incorrect.
You agree not to use Stockwitch to coordinate pump-and-dump schemes, spread false information to influence stock prices, engage in wash trading, or otherwise violate securities laws. Such violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Stockwitch may provide convenience links to third-party brokerage apps. We do not receive compensation from these brokerages, do not endorse any particular brokerage, and are not responsible for their services.
All Abonglab software, design, AI models, branding, trademarks, and original content are owned by Abonglab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ABONGLAB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD, or (b) the total amount you paid to Abonglab in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abonglab from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing any claim, please contact us at legal@abonglab.com to attempt informal resolution. We will respond within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Class action and representative action lawsuits are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@abonglab.com with "Arbitration Opt-Out" in the subject line. This arbitration clause does not apply to claims for emergency injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Services at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes.
You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, licenses granted to you cease, though provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive.
